Responsible for planning hundreds of meetings and conventions both domestically and internationally, Christine's experience providing the highest quality "concierge" meeting services and her attractiveness to many organizations has catalyzed the formation of M2D. She is a highly detail-oriented planner and draws her energy from this type of work, hence, the word "Details" in our company name.

Timothy’s experience spans the life sciences, consumer, technology, general manufacturing, retail and financial industries. His life sciences experience spans pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device including the therapeutic areas of HIV/ID, Oncology, Female Health, Cardiology, Urology, Orthopedics, GI, Allergy/Respiratory and Neurology/CNS. Although his primary experience lies with the life sciences industry, over the past several years, many new clients have been from other industries.
He is a commercial professional with 15 years of highly successful and progressively responsible positions in marketing, strategic business planning and sales management. He is known in the industry as having the business acumen and drive to maximize a product's global commercial return and asset value. He is a proven marketer with demonstrated expertise in strategy mapping and tactical execution.
While in sales, Timothy earned the status of being the #1 rep in the country at Searle two years in a row including the #1 Rookie rep in 1995. Of the products he was responsible for promoting, he was continuously ranked between #1 and #3 in the nation. After being promoted to District Manager and moving his team from last place to #4 in less than a year, Timothy accepted a role in the company's management rotation program.
Timothy attended the LC Smith College of Engineering and the College of Arts & Sciences at Syracuse University. He did his graduate work at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Hartford where he earned a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance. After graduating with "distinction" honors, Timothy spent 5 years in the Financial Sector before moving toward a marketing track.
As part of his Searle training, Timothy attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School and studied Strategic and Psychological Marketing. He worked with the three "Big -C" brands (pre-launch of Celebrex at Searle, Cipro at Bayer including the period during the anthrax crisis, and scientific exchange on the Claritin/Clarinex brand teams at Schering-Plough). He has also managed various size brands in smaller organizations including niche and specialty markets. operations and for providing the strategic direction of the organization.
